Garage doors done right

"Austin Farr and Big Boy Roofing helped me a hail damage claim. His crew put on a new roof and did the carport in three days. The appearance of my house was much improved as a result. He also successfully rebuilt my sunroom. The work done was excellent. Austin Farr and his company can be relied on to provide great service."

"Big Boy Roofing replaced my severely damaged roof (hail). I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from them. Mr. Austin Farr was instrumental in assisting me with the insurance inspection/paperwork process. He kept me informed throughout every phase of my roof replacement. The job consisted of cleaning and reinstalling 36 solar panels, replacing the roof and rain gutters, replacing and painting the garage door, replacing 10 screens, replace and paint trim and remove trash. Mr. Austin Farr and owner Mr. Juan Barron always returned my calls in a timely manner. They were always professional and friendly. Give Mr. Farr and or Mr. Barron a call. I highly recommend Big Boy Roofing for all your roofing needs."

"I couldn’t be happier with my new cedar privacy fence! The beauty and quality of the build are outstanding, and the craftsmanship really shows. The crew was amazing — very friendly, professional, and attentive to making sure I was satisfied with construction every step of the way. Juan and Austin worked with me on design and made it happen. The timing was incredible: they tore down and completely rebuilt my fence in just three and a half days. The finished product has transformed the curb appeal of my home — it looks fantastic! Since they also handle general contracting through their roofing business, I’ll definitely be using this company again. I would highly recommend them to family, friends, and anyone looking for top-quality work with exceptional service."

"Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience with Big Boy Roofing. From the initial consultation through project completion, Austin and Juan, along with their team, were professional, responsive, and considerate of our expectations. After our insurance company assessed weather damage to both our home and shed, we were able to move forward with the essential roof repairs. The Big Boy Roofing team was always prompt, organized, and respectful of our property. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work and maintaining a safe environment for our kids and pets. What really stood out was their communication and transparency throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain the work being done, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. I would highly recommend scheduling a consultation with Austin and Juan at Big Boy Roofing to see how they can help repair and protect your home’s roof while maintaining the value of your investment."

"Fantastic experience from beginning consultation to final walkthrough. Quick background: my roof, garage door, gutters, backyard shed, and patio pergola were all destroyed due to the May 28th micro-burst that pummeled East Austin. Austin Farr was incredible in dealing with insurance. He not only checked in daily with my insurance claims adjuster, he also clearly identified every item that was damaged prior to insurance visiting my house. Austin assisted me in itemizing every single item that was damaged and ensured each item was accounted for in the insurance settlement. Austin also filed the paper work to get a supplemental payment approved that guaranteed the final settlement covered the cost to repair and replace everything that was damaged. Austin and/or Juan Barron were at my house each and every day supervising their crew and sub-contractors as they were on-site. Austin went above and beyond in fixing portions of my roof that were not adequately constructed by the previous roofer that worked on my roof in 2021. Roof crew finished job in one day, pergola crew finished job in two days, garage door crew finished job in two hours, gutter crew finished job in one day, backyard shed was assembled in a few hours. Juan conducted the final walkthrough with me. Juan double checked and tripled checked all the work his teams completed. We noticed some minor issues as we inspected every single detail of their work and Juan was able to fix those minor issues within a couple of hours. Big Boy Roofing, Austin and Juan, are honest, hard-working, caring, skilled, and knowledgeable contractors that provided my family home with high quality craftsmanship and construction."
